A winners testimony
In 2020, during the challenges of the Covid pandemic, I found myself broken, despised, and deeply depressed. I had suffered the heartache of losing four pregnancies while trying to conceive my last child. But by God’s grace, I was led to Winners Chapel International Mombasa. There, through the washing of the Word during Sunday services, I was delivered from depression, and my countenance was transformed by His light.
During Shiloh 2021, I prayed fervently, asking God for a son. Holding firmly to His promises in Exodus 23:25—“So you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you”—I believed in His power to bless without begging. In 2022, God answered my prayers, and I was blessed with a healthy son, without any complications.
Afterward, He did exceedingly more than I could ask or imagine, as He inspired an entrepreneurial idea that established my business, turning me from a struggler to an employer. I held onto Mark 11:23—“For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.”
Now, I serve faithfully in the Children’s department, giving all the glory to God who has transformed my life beyond measure.
